| Beautiful You Maternity is thrilled to be offering pieces from the Moody Mamas line of maternity and nursing clothing. When we saw these clothes at market we fell in love with them and we know you will too. Since the designers, Elise Rosemarin and Marta Abrams, aka the Moody Mamas, had never been pregnant, they realized they would need to do an abundant amount of research. They went to prenatal yoga and Lamaze classes, interviewed many pregnant and nursing mothers, convened with a whole slew of OB/GYN physicians and pediatricians. They even wore fake bellies to give themselves a" sense of being pregnant". A year later on a sunny day in April 2007, they successfully completed their version of "maternity boot camp". The Moody Mamas emerged eager to begin designing maternity and nursing clothes since they felt they now had a better understanding of how and why they wanted to help pregnant women feel beautiful. The Moody Mamas team believes women should be able to feel sexy and flirty throughout their pregnancy and nursing experience. Moody Mamas desire is to design maternity and nursing clothing that will make women feel good about themselves during pregnancy and beyond. Using a beautiful, pregnant friend as their inspriation, Moody Mamas set forth a plan to produce a line of maternity and nursing clothing women would love and be thrilled to wear during this special and beautiful time in their life. Beautiful You Maternity agrees that Moody Mamas has achieved their goal in providing beautiful maternity and nursing clothing for you to love and enjoy. Project Runway winner/designer Christian Siriano teamed up with his friends “The Moody Mamas” to come out with his version of a hip and sexy maternity line called Fierce Mamas that launched in the Spring of 2009.
